B&H Industries Acquires FXie and Will Merge with FXWB Reprographics

Chicago, IL - December 28, 2006 - B&H Industries, a family-owned Chicago area reprographics firm is pleased to announce its acquisition of FXie, a technology-oriented reprographics company in downtown Chicago as of December 31, 2006.

On February 1, 2007, B&H will subsequently merge with FXWB Reprographics of Waukegan and Vernon Hills, IL forming a new company, BHFX LLC., resulting in a closely-tied network of eleven locations to provide quality reprographic services throughout Chicagoland.

As Bob Hurckes, President and CEO of the new company points out, "Current customers of both companies will benefit from the merger - both from a technology and a customer service point of view." Digital networking will provide increased access to additional services, currently including digital document management, plan room, bid management, scanning, archiving, large and small format document printing, color printing of all sizes for both indoor and outdoor usage, finishing, and delivery services.

Mike Tackett, President and CEO of FXWB confirms that once the two companies have merged, "Operational efficiencies will come first, while diversification as well as sales and marketing synergies will strengthen the new company in the longer term. The combined resources will better meet constantly changing customer needs in an expanding digital economy."
